Tojin T. Eapen has been advising Innomantra on new product management and marketing strategy since June 2022. He is a faculty member at the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri.
Tojin’s research interests include idea generation, bioinspired strategic design, and sustainable innovation. He was an executive director of Innomantra from 2010 to 2015. He began his career at Larsen & Toubro where he worked on developing and marketing energy metering products. Tojin has consulted with ABB, Alcatel-Lucent, Atkins, Bharat Electronics, Google, Guhring, Harman, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Ingersoll-Rand, Larsen & Toubro, LM Windpower, Meritor, NetApp, Qualcomm, Robert Bosch, Samsung, SKF and Trelleborg.
Tojin has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina (USA) an MBA from the Indian School of Business, and a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut. He has served as a member of the United States TAG for ISO/TC 279, the technical committee of the International Organization for Standardization entrusted with developing the ISO56000 series of standards on Innovation Management. Tojin has taught innovation, marketing, and data analytics courses at business schools in India and the United States.

Lokesh Venkataswamy is a Design Thinker, CEO & Managing Director at Innomantra, a leading digital, innovation, and intellectual property consulting and services organization. He brings with him more than 25 years of professional experience in Digital, Innovation, Intellectual Property, and New Product Management. Before Innomantra, he managed innovation and intellectual property as a part of strategic planning and Initiatives at Larsen & Toubro (L&T), India, starting his career with the Medical Equipment and Systems Group at L&T where he served 12 years in product design and development. At Innomantra, Lokesh has worked with several top Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of sectors including Aviation, Automotive, Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, Information Technology, Retail, Engineering Services, Medical Electronics, Consumer Goods to name a few, in the areas of Innovation, Design Thinking, Intellectual Property, and Digital Transformation. He has also advised educational institutions, entrepreneurs, industry associations, and government agencies in these areas.
He had also won the India Innovation Challenge award in 2008 by the Government of Karnataka and the Confederation of Indian Industry. He was awarded a citation at the Institute of Engineering and Technology (UK) South Asia Conference and in 50 Most Innovative Leaders at World Innovation Congress 2018. He regularly helps start-ups by mentoring, investing and, he was part of a jury at The Economic Times – Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad’s ‘Power of Ideas’ in 2013, 15, and 18. He has been part of several National Innovation Competitions Winning Team and working on the most promising global innovation projects at Innomantra. He is currently serving as a board member of Technology Business Incubation, Innovation and Research Councils in various universities and academic institutes. He also plays a vital role as International Innovation thought leader Global Minds Network – France. Lokesh is an active member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and Chairman of IET (UK) Bangalore Network and International Society of Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM). He is also convener at the BIS-TC 279 Committee of Innovation Management System ISO 56000 at Bureau of Indian Standards and International organization for Standardization Innovation working group.
Lokesh is also a visiting professor of Business Innovation and Management in top business schools, regularly chairs and participates as a speaker in many Innovation, Digital Transformation, Technology, and Intellectual Property conferences and seminars. He regularly guests lectures at institutions like the Indian Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, several Indian Institute of Management, and others. He is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing and a PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU).

Roseline is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bridge57 Solutions Limited, she has close to two decades of experience in the Technology Space with vast experience in Information Systems, Telecommunications, Product Development, Mobile and Technology Product Development. Roseline, a business strategist, and a technology entrepreneur has implemented diverse business initiatives and products for several organizations, NGOs, and government parastatals using strategic foresight, drive, and determination.
Prior to founding Bridge57, Roseline served for five years as the Chief Executive Officer of MTech Communications Plc., the pioneer and leading Mobile Value Added Service Provider in Nigeria, a company that operates in eleven countries in Africa. In the course of this role, the company partnered with several international and local organisations in developing top-notch products and services leveraging on mobile technology and others.
Roseline served as EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Board Director for the Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF), the global trade body that acts as an impartial and authoritative champion for addressing issues affecting the broadening mobile ecosystem. She also served on the Steering Board of Wireless Application Service Providers Association of Nigeria (WASPAN). She received the Centre for Cyber Awareness and Development’s Women Digital Awards of “Digital Woman of The Year 2018”. She was listed on YNaija’s PowerList 2017 for Technology as one of The Most Powerful Young Persons under the Age of 40 who are getting things done in the brave new world of technology in Nigeria.
Roseline is a Director and the pioneer Executive Secretary or Realize Africa, a not-for-profit, pro-African organization with a vision to empower the youths to be visionary, principled, daring and successful contributing members of the African and global economies.
Roseline completed the Stanford University Graduate School of Business’ programme – Stanford Seed Business Transformation Programme in August 2017. A Certified Cisco Security Professional (CCSP), she is a graduate of Computer Engineering from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, she holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with Specialization in Marketing and has also attended several trainings and business transformation programs. She speaks at several events both locally and internationally.
She is the Convener of The Thriving Entrepreneurs’ Club – an organization working with and supporting young entrepreneurs in Africa; she is a Steering Committee Memberof Stanford Seed Global Technology Group. She mentors young entrepreneurs. She is a member of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ); Women Entrepreneurs Connect International (WEConnect), as well as Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Women.
Roseline has trained several entrepreneurs at different fora. She is a business strategist and technology enthusiast who loves speaking and encouraging young people to be better than they are or ever imagined.
